Old Speck; 3/22-3/23

Happy Easter to everyone I missed this weekend. I broke from my usual routine this weekend and went for a hike since it was probably my last chance for a while. The food wasn't nearly as good but it was a great weekend to be hiking. Nothing but clear skies and sunshine. Ryan and I did an overnight trip up Old Speck, Maine's 3rd highest peak. It was a great trip, if you'd like to see more just click here or click the picture for a large sized summit view.

Pregnancy Portraits

Jen has been wanting to take some pregnancy portraits for a while now. The best time is usually between 34-36 weeks and we're in that window so I decided to take a some tonight. Most of them I took in black and white but there's a few in color too. This one here is her favorite but if you would like to see a few more of our favorite ones click here.

Baby Shower

This past Saturday was the baby shower. Thank you to everyone who came and/or sent along gifts. We got so many nice things it was really overwhelming. Now all we have to do is about 20 loads of laundry and set things up and we're good to go. May 3rd, or somewhere near there, will be here before we know it and we're very excited to meet the little person all of this is for. Thank you again to everyone and there are pictures here of the shower.

Moving to the city!

We have finally arrived in the big city. We have been moving stuff in all month but as of March 1'st we are officially residents of Newmarket. We are nowhere near unpacked or set up but we're gaining on it. Thank you to everyone who helped us move. Jennifer is getting bigger by the day it seems now with just two more months to go. We have been taking birthing classes for the last month and we're excited that it's getting close.

The big family weekend is over now too, I got to meet my niece Anna for the first time and Brett and Carey got married, unfortunately for Brett the only picture I have to put up of any of the festivities is the one below from the night of his bachelor party. The rest of the wedding went much better and we had a great time with all of the family. I understand the wedding party went through 68 drinks. Nice job guys! I can personally remember drinking 10 of those, and about a bottle of wine. Jennifer danced the whole night away, needless to say we had a lot of fun with everyone.

Well, that's about it for now, if you click on one of the pictures it will take you to a few more of our new place if you want to have a look around. Stop over any time and visit, there's not much going on around here so we're usually around.
